Example pipeline

 gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=video-with-klv.ts ! tsdemux ! rtpklvpay ! udpsink

This example pipeline will payload an RTP KLV stream extracted from an MPEG-TS stream and send it via UDP to an RTP receiver.
